We are so happy and proud to introduce our new lowchen import GB CH CLEEVIEW UNSPOILT BY TIME aka Ace.
He is stunning little male with perfect propotions, short and compact. He has appealing very soft lowchen face, just perfect amount of muzzle without being too short or too long. Ace has very nice skull and beautyfull eyes. Ace has a gentle yet outgoing personality and he is smart as every lowchen should be. Ace has very nice front and back. Ace is a very true mover and he carry himslef beautyfully. Ace has a promising coat and he is black & silver in colour. Thank you so much Steven Brown and Broevan lowchens for letting us have this little treasure. We do believe he will produce golden eggs with Chic Choix girls.
Ace sired already couple very promising litters in UK. Ace is bred by Janet Edwards of Cleeview lowchens. Ace sire is UK breed record holder Steve Browns´s GB CH Riskhan Kelly´s Hero at Shazzabars who is the son of top producing GB Ch Pridesdean Punchinello. Punchinello is already behind many of our pedigrees. Ace dam is Beaulion Cerrys whose dam is wonderfull feminine little bitch GB Ch Duncara Rainbow in Heaven over Beaulion.
Ace finished his GB CH title 1,5 years of age which is quite an achievement indeed.

We are extremely proud to introduce the latest addition to Chic Choix team! This unique girl is a treasure to have, and we´re sure she is going to do great things for us. We value a lot of her red brindle color and very classical pretty lhasa head. Her extremely sound construction giving a movement with wonderful drive, and a great plus for all this is the attitude to die for !! Thank You so much Kirsi for leting us have her!

What a challenge it is to develop and develop plus going forward all the time. Only way to fullfill that challenge is to follow what is happening around the world. To keep eyes open and to see what talented breeders can do and produce in their breeding programmes is a must and great pleasure.
To follow breeders who know what they are doing is a learning process. Lines that keep producing quality is something that may help our breeding to go forward too. New blood is allways also an investment for the future. You need to see these dogs in real. Only way to do it is to travel here and there. To find out new and old continent - the strongest dog countries around the world will keep our work up dated. After seeing
it all start the intuition work.
Then it is time for the real challenge. It is time to do the brain work and let the inspiration fly. After seeing all the beauties of the world it is time to fly far a way to take a distance from own beauties too. This year it was Seychelles. Pedigrees, pictures and mindmaps in the suidcase you start planning who will you need in your own breeding. Who are the ones that will take your own breeding to next level.
Under the palm tree front of the blue ocean it was time for ever growing intuition trip to the world of finest pedigree dogs.... That time of the year writing hunreds of pedigrees and dreaming about future generations is a dream come true trips. Dreaming and letting inspiration fly produce intuitions that every true breeders should follow. That is Nirvana to have all these wonderfull dogs and future plans in your head around the
living paradise.... You can´t go wrong. Intuition gets stronger and stronger.
After intuition trip it is time to make decisions. To believe magical intuition and rational thinking will produce the guideline for every passionate breeders.
Then it is time to get back home and start putting all together. It is time to contact people and arrangements. Past and this year dreams came true and these dream dogs have become part of our team.

Lowchen BIS BISS CH Bihar Ivytree'n Marshvu Louie is bred by real experienced long time dog breeder Carol A. Strong in USA. Louie combinates American and UK lowchens at its best. Louie has been a strong producer and we do believe he will match our girls well. Louie has head and face to die for.
Most important is that Louie can move and he do has a carriage. Lowchen carriage and moveménts are getting terriple around the world. There is no ribcage and substance. Louie has it all. He has the type of body we are use to see with a true lowchen. His pedigree is ideal to work with. His mothers English side goes back to
our orginal lines and dogs we believe in such like Prawls Merry Minstrel and GB Ch Littlecourt Gregi. Louies fathers side is fresh and new. We have tried to combinate them earlier on with our lines and it has worked perfectly. USA´s top winning lowchen 2009 Multiple BIG-winning BISS Am & Can Ch Chic Choix Bihar Cuba is a living example about that.
Carol said only way to get Louie to Finland is that I fly to USA and pick up him personally. The deal is that he needs to travel in the plane with me. So we did. In June 2009 Louie and me flied in best European way namely in Lufthansa business class all the way from Waschington DC to Munchen and finally to Helsinki. He did travel with style and totally stress free.
Now we welcome Louie and he runs around the house. We hope to show him some and hope to use him in breeding some.... Future will tell what is the outcome but we do believe this future is nice indeed.

Tim did join Chic Choix already earlier on. For twenty some years I have planned to mix classical Orlane lhasa in our breeding programme. It took over twenty years to make this real. Dorothy Kendall and her daughter Linda Kendall-Smith has establihed a
type. This is the Orlane lhasa who have the Orlane look. They are dogs with shorter backs and shorter loins. This together with arch to die for and great temperament and rich gold colour makes Orlane one of the most succesfull lhasa kennels ever.
We got AM CH Orlane´s Turn Back Time to Finland and he has produced his very first puppies here in Europe and they do look nice indeed. Tim himself has outline to die for. His movement is so powerfull and he carry himself with grandstyle. Tim started his shows in Finland in first weekend of July and he finished his Fin Ch title with BOB.

Susan Giles started with legendary Kinderland lhasas working together with Ellen Lonigro (Kinderland). Now Susan continues the legendary line the way every mentor would be proud of. Ta Sen lhasas have the movement and carriage with very nice shape and outline. Susan had a bitch from us that produced Int & AM & Multi Ch Ta Sen Chic Choix Little Bit Tipsy and her litterbrother Multi BIS Am & Aust Grand Ch Ta Sen Big Time Tipper.
Tipsy daughter was bred with open mind attitude to pure all Hamilton male AM Ch Sharil Sin-Sa Texas Express with elegant head and coat texture to die for. He has been a great producer. This out-cross litter produced all champion litter to Susan. All puppies finished their titles as babies.
My favourite from these kids is Am Ch Ta Sen Wyatt Earp who I saw first time as a 3 month old puppy. Next time I saw him as he was 8 months and I loved him. His look and qualities are hard to find. This gracefull style and perfect shape together with his unique pedigree makes this dog very special. Wyatt has also very special tender personality with true lhasa attitude.

Last but not least..... It is time for European treasure. Top winner in UK 2008 was a great lhasa lady GB Ch Dimara Miss Izzabella of Shenedene. She is owned and handled by Michaela Hall whose father Steve Hall I met in Stockholm while judging there. Mr. Hall was a personality not easily forgotten. His knowlegde and sence of humour makes him very special person in modern dog world.
Michaela is younger generation lhasa breeder in UK but she has backround that every true dog breeder would be jealous. No wonder Michaela knows what she wants. She has critical attitude with open mind again and lot of knowledge a rare combination now a days.
Michaela´s Izzy is her treasure. Izzy is a showmachine but also such a classical English beauty with unique qualities like size, coat texture, head, front and neck not forgetting her movement and carriage. Her pedigree is very fresh and different what we are use to. However after mixing most handsome English male BISS Int & GB & Am & Multi Ch Kutani Reckless to our girls we know these types do produce golden eggs.
Izzy finished her Fin Ch title in her very first show. After being cambained in Scandinavia and spending a bit time here she will return to UK.

Chic Choix Humphrey Bogart (Multi Ch Kutani Reckless x Ch Stings Under A Star To Chic Choix) pictured here at 11 months of age. Interesting year 2009 ahead of us!
We are so excited and proud about our two new imports from legendary
Orlane kennel. AM Ch Orlane´s Discovery came to Finland in whelp mated
with Am Ch Ta Sen Wyatt Earp. She gave birth 3 puppies and now we have
males Chic Choix Orlane In Black, Chic Choix Orlane Insider and female
Chic Choix Orlane Indeed growing up. They do look pretty indeed and they
do have outlines to die for....
Here is little "Desi" pictured after her weekly bath. Now after nursing
the puppies "Desi" is growing some more coat and after that we start to
show her in Europe. Am Ch Orlane´s Discovery is ideal in size and her
shape in so typical Orlane. Something this tradition is known for all over
the world. Needeless to say "Desi" has wonderfull personality and we love
her dearly.
Here is our stunning male from Orlane. He is Am Ch Orlane´s Turn Back
Time. "Tim" is all male, he is breathtaking in action. He has ideal
profile and neck, arch & carriage simply unreal. He is rich honey in
colour and he has wonderfull coat. "Tim" has a nice head and perfect bite.
"Tim" finished very fast and easily in USA. He was cut down but now the
coat is back. We start showing him soon.... "Tim" sired his very first
litter in Finland with Int & Am & Multi Ch Ta Sen Westgate Flying-High and
their handsome boys Chic Choix Ta Sen Sky Fly and Chic Choix Ta Sen Moon
Fly are starting their shows any time soon... "Tim" seems to be wonderfull
producer and the boys are georgeous.

now he is in full show condition!
"Tim" and "Desi" have all Orlane pedigree and we do believe they will be
very valuable in our breeding programme. They have some wonderfull lhasas
in their pedigree that Kendall have bred over the years. Thank you so much
Linda Kendall-Smith and Joan Kendall trusting these wonderfull dogs to
Chic Choix. We hope to make you proud!
We are also so proud about out little moving miracle Am Ch Ta Sen Westgate
Flying High. She gave a birth 3:rd of June beautyfull litter with Am Ch
Orlane´s Turn Back Time. His boys are looking georgeous - waiting to be
shown soon in Europe & USA. Already in August Fly-Fly was back in
business herself winning new Champion titles. She is now Multi Ch and
finished her International Champion title by style. Thank you so much

Westgate lhasas and Susan Giles - Ta Sen lhasas in USA. Thank you so much
for trusting this beautyfull little girl to stay two years here at Chic

Fly-Fly to fly back to her American home to stay with her breeders. Thank

We are proud to tell that our 4th All Breed BIS winning Löwchen is CHIC CHOIX MARKEY LIFAR aka "Pertti"!! He did it in Saarijärvi All Breeds today, 10th of August. Previous ones are Chic Choix Brigitte Lifar, Chic Choix Chic Et Noir and Chic Choix Mioche Et Papa - and what is the most delightful part - is the fact that all those three are in Markey Lifar´s pedigree!

Pertti is also in top-10 of All Breeds list in Finland, and number 2 Toy & Companion dog, just after the lhasa apso Chic Choix Sky´s The Limit! Isn´t this thrilling!
