Chic Choix-Team has bred Löwchens for over 20 years. Our very selected unique breeding program has produced over 50 champions and more BIG, BIS and BISS winning Löwchens than any other breeder in the world. Chic Choix-Team is known for well moving - well balanced breed typical Löwchens. Our Löwchens foundation is strongly line bred from Cluneen and Littlecourt Löwchens mixed with the Scandinavian old traditions. Our pedigrees are very unique and rare. Chic Choix Löwchens are bred with hard selection and only original bichon-type purebred Löwchens are used in our pedigrees.

We strive for wavy silky coated, small and well moving Löwchens. Heads must be wide large eye with intelligent expression. Bodies must be strong and round but still with elegant appearance. We have specialized in very striking clean colours , especially black & silver, black & cream, particolours and lion colours. Our Löwchens are known for their very intelligent, happy and faithful temperaments.

We have studied Löwchen history and done several excursions to the Mediterranean area studying some important details about breed development and history. It is most important for us to breed original bichon type of Löwchens. We only breed for orginal type and pedigrees.

We do breed quite rarely, just about a litter a year. Litters are carefully planned and are part of a very hard exclusive Chic Choix breeding program. Because of our original type breeding are our Löwchen quite hard linebred. Temperament and the look of our Löwchens is impressive. We do breed very carefully, following our very honest philosophy and hope to solve some problems of the breed in the long run.

There might be sometimes show/breeding quality puppies available for loving-showing homes that respect this unique rare breed. Sometimes we might have pets available too (not for breeding). All our dogs are at private stud only. To get a Chic Choix Löwchen you must be ready to wait for years, but we do take some reservation for years to come.
